  • Authority: means a base conversion authority as provided for in this act. See Michigan Laws 3.571
  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
   The members of the authority shall enter upon their duties after their appointment and shall qualify by taking and filing the oath of office and supplying the bond required by the state administrative board.
