Terms Used In Michigan Laws 400.1231
- Energy assistance: means a program to assist eligible low-income households in meeting their home energy costs for their primary residence through payment or partial payment of bills for 1 or more of the following:
(i) Electricity. See Michigan Laws 400.1232
This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Michigan energy assistance act”.
