Terms Used In Michigan Laws 449.2106
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
In any case not provided for in this act the provisions of the uniform partnership act, Act No. 72 of the Public Acts of 1917, as amended, being section 449.1 to 449.43 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, govern.
