- shall not apply: means that the pertinent provision is not operative as to certain persons or things or in conjunction with a particular date or dates. See Michigan Laws 8.4c
To the extent that sections 301(4) and 301(5), 855, and 901 are inconsistent with this chapter, they shall not apply to cooperatives.
