- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Lands owned by the said corporation and its members may not be annexed to any city or village without the consent of a 2/3 majority of the members of said corporation, at a regular or special meeting.
