  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories.      In all proceedings of suits that may arise or be brought in any of the courts of this state touching or concerning corporations under this act, all other acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith shall be interpreted and construed in such manner as to give full force and effect to all the provisions of this act and to all the rights and privileges hereby granted.
