Terms Used In Michigan Laws 458.333
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
Any church governed according to the rules and usages of the Congregational denomination within the state, with which its religious society has been consolidated under the provisions of this act shall be subject to the provisions of the act, entitled “An act for the organization of corporate Congregational churches,” the same as if it had been originally organized under the said act.
