Terms Used In Michigan Laws 487.3803
- Bank: means a state banking corporation organized or reorganized under the provisions of the banking code of 1999, 1999 PA 276, MCL 487. See Michigan Laws 487.3102
Notwithstanding any other law, a savings bank subject to the provisions of this act shall not be governed by Act No. 327 of the Public Acts of 1931, being section 450.1 to 450.192 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
