- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
- surveyor: means any of the following:
(a) A surveyor employed by the government of the United States of America or this state. See Michigan Laws 54.121
The surveyor by his entry shall forfeit any and all claim for damage or injury to his person and equipment while on the lands or waters, unless the damage or injury is caused by the intentional tortious conduct of another.
