Terms Used In Michigan Laws 752.883

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
   In addition to the penalties provided in section 1 and 2, the court may suspend the hunting privileges of any person convicted of violating this act for a period of not to exceed 3 years from the date of conviction.
