Sections 309.73 to 309.77 modify, limit, and supersede the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, United States Code, title 15, § 7001 et seq., but do not modify, limit, or supersede section 101 of that act, United States Code, title 15, § 7001(a), or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in section 103 of that act, United States Code, title 15, § 7003(b).
