All advertising by any person, firm, or corporation licensed hereunder shall include the number of the current license issued to such licensee.
Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 347.36
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44
