16-3-421. Injunction. A person injured by a violation of this part may bring a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin further violations in addition to other remedies provided by law.

Terms Used In Montana Code 16-3-421

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
  • Person: means a natural person, corporation, partnership, trust, agency, or other entity and includes individual officers, directors, or other persons in active control of the activities of the entity. See Montana Code 16-3-415
