32-2-945. Interest payable at mutual association on Saturday — how paid. When, by the terms of any note or obligation, interest is payable to a mutual association on any Saturday on which a mutual association is closed pursuant to the authority of 32-2-943 through 32-2-945, interest payable to the mutual association on that Saturday may be paid in the amount due on that Saturday on the next succeeding business day with the same effect as if paid to the mutual association on Saturday.
