50-48-106. Injunctions. A regulatory authority may bring an action for an injunction against any continued violation of this chapter or any rule adopted under 50-48-103 or 50-48-203.

- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- Regulatory authority: means the department of public health and human services, the local board of health, the local health officer, or the local sanitarian. See Montana Code 50-48-102
