A solar agreement or wind agreement may be enforced by injunction or proceedings in equity or other civil action.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 66-912
- Action: shall include any proceeding in any court of this state. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
