The Secretary of State and the deputies, employees and attorneys of the Secretary of State are not liable for any action or omission made in good faith by the Secretary of State, deputy, employee or attorney in the performance of his or her duties or exercise of authority with respect to the examination, acceptance or filing of any document which is received from any person or business association pursuant to title 7 of NRS and which is inaccurate or defective in any way.
