Nevada Revised Statutes 293.4688 – Access by mobile device to website maintained by Secretary of State; use of mobile device to submit information or forms

1. The Secretary of State shall ensure that:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
(a) All public information that is included on the Internet website required pursuant to NRS 293.4687 is accessible on a mobile device; and
(b) A person may use a mobile device to submit any information or form related to elections that a person may otherwise submit electronically to the Secretary of State, including, without limitation, an application to preregister or register to vote and a request for a military-overseas ballot.
2. As used in this section:
(a) ’Military-overseas ballot’ has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 293D.050.
(b) ’Mobile device’ includes, without limitation, a smartphone or a tablet computer.
