The Secretary of State shall:

- county: includes Carson City. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.033
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Provide to the clerk of each county and the clerk of Carson City, copies of the shapefile filed pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 304.070 and maps filed pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 304.070.
2. Make available copies of the shapefile and maps to any interested person for a reasonable fee, not to exceed the actual costs of producing copies of the shapefile or maps.
