Nothing contained in this chapter requires any purchaser or mortgagee of real property to rely on a land description, any part of which depends exclusively upon either of the systems established by this chapter.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 327.090
- Mortgagee: The person to whom property is mortgaged and who has loaned the money.
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
