Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 388A.095
- Charter school: means a public school that is formed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 388A of NRS. See Nevada Revised Statutes 385.007
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
1. Shall not operate for profit.
2. May be incorporated as a nonprofit corporation pursuant to the provisions of chapter 82 of NRS.
