An officer, director or employee of a facility shall not retaliate against any person for having:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Reported any violation of law; or
2. Provided information regarding a violation of law, by the facility or a staff member of the facility.
