All documents and information submitted to the Department pursuant to NRS 482.382765 to 482.382785, inclusive, by a charitable organization that is to receive additional fees, not including a governmental entity whose budget is in the executive budget, are public records and are available for public inspection as provided in chapter 239 of NRS.
