1. There is hereby created a county advisory board to manage wildlife in each of the several counties.

- population: means the number of people in a specified area as determined by the last preceding national decennial census conducted by the Bureau of the Census of the United States Department of Commerce pursuant to Section 2 of Article I of the Constitution of the United States and reported by the Secretary of Commerce to the Governor pursuant to 13 U. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.050
2. In a county whose population:
(a) Is less than 700,000, each board consists of three or five members, at the discretion of the board of county commissioners.
(b) Is 700,000 or more, each board consists of five or seven members, at the discretion of the board of county commissioners.
3. A chair and vice chair must be selected by each board.
