The Board may, in lieu of all examinations for a certificate of registration to practice architecture or residential design, accept satisfactory evidence of registration as an architect in another jurisdiction where the qualifications required are equal to those required in this chapter at the date of application. The Board may require, as satisfactory evidence of that registration, a certificate of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
