If the Board issues an order suspending the license of a physician, perfusionist, physician assistant, anesthesiologist assistant or practitioner of respiratory care pending proceedings for disciplinary action, including, without limitation, a summary suspension pursuant to NRS 233B.127, the court shall not stay that order.
