‘Behavior analyst’ means a person who holds current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, and is licensed as a behavior analyst pursuant to this chapter.
