Nevada Revised Statutes 641D.870 – Immunity of certain persons from civil liability
In addition to any other immunity provided by the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, the Board, a review panel of a hospital, an association of behavior analysts, assistant behavior analysts or registered behavior technicians, or any other person who or organization which initiates a complaint or assists in any lawful investigation or proceeding concerning the licensure of a behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst or registration of a registered behavior technician or the discipline of a behavior analyst, an assistant behavior analyst or a registered behavior technician for gross malpractice, repeated malpractice, professional incompetence or unprofessional conduct is immune from any civil action for that initiation or assistance or any consequential damages, if the person or organization acted without malicious intent.
