In accordance with the provisions of NRS 683A.191 to 683A.370, inclusive, the Commissioner may issue a license as a producer of limited lines travel insurance to a person who has filed an application with the Commissioner. A license issued pursuant to this section authorizes the licensee to sell, solicit or negotiate travel insurance through a licensed agent.
