‘Monitored autonomous vehicle monitor’ means a person employed by a monitored autonomous vehicle provider to remain physically present in a monitored autonomous vehicle at all times during the operation of the vehicle to ensure:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. The safety of the operations of the monitored autonomous vehicle; and
2. That the monitored autonomous vehicle complies with the applicable motor vehicle laws and traffic laws of this State.
