A dissolved limited partnership that has completed winding up may deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a certificate of cancellation that states:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 87A.245
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. The name of the limited partnership; and
2. Any other information as determined by the general partners filing the statement or by a person appointed pursuant to subsection 3 or 4 of NRS 87A.500.
