§ 692A.1041	Duty of title agent and insurer to deposit surety bond with Commissioner; title agency, title insurer and escrow agents required to be named as principals on bond; form and amount of bond

Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
Escrow: Money given to a third party to be held for payment until certain conditions are met.
Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
Plaintiff: The person who files the complaint in a civil lawsuit.
