- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
For the purposes of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 206:15-c, “person with a disability” means a person who by reason of a physical defect or infirmity permanently requires the use of special aids to enable him to propel himself.
