Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 206:7
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The members of the commission shall elect from their membership a chairman and a secretary. Regular meetings shall be held by the commission at its offices quarterly, and at such other times and places within the state as the commission shall select, for the transaction of business.
