Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 225-A:17
- Board: means the passenger tramway safety board. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 225-A:2
- following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13
- operator: shall include the state or any political subdivision. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 225-A:2
The board, if satisfied with the facts stated in the application, shall issue a registration certificate to the operator. Each registration shall expire on October 31 next following the day of its issue.
