Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:100-a
- Truck: shall mean every motor vehicle designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation of property. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:115-b
“Single unit vehicle” shall mean a truck consisting of cab, chassis and body capable of carrying a load and not primarily designed for drawing other vehicles.
