Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:44
- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
- Public way: shall mean :

“Implement of husbandry” shall mean equipment designed or adapted and used exclusively for agricultural, horticultural, forestry, or livestock operations, for which use on a public way is incidental to its intended function. “Implement of husbandry” shall include a self-propelled custom harvester, sprayer, soil amendment spreader, or forage mower.
