Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:50
- Motor truck: shall mean any truck of greater than 26,000 pounds manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating, or any motor vehicle equipped with other than pneumatic tires. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:59
“Light truck” shall mean any motor truck having no more than 2 axles.
