Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:64
- Motorcycle: shall mean every motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than 3 wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding electric bicycles, tractors, and mopeds. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:63
- Person: shall mean the same as provided in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:74
“Motorcycle driver” shall mean any person who drives a motorcycle.
