Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:67-a
- Certificate: shall mean :

“Nonresident CDL” shall mean a document issued by the department which authorizes a driver to drive a class of motor vehicle. The certificate shall be issued in accordance with the standards contained in 49 CFR 383.
