Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:87-a
- Lienholder: shall mean a person holding a security interest in a vehicle. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:49

“Repossess” shall mean the act of obtaining physical possession of a motor vehicle by a lienholder or any person acting on his behalf for any actual or claimed breach of any condition contained in a security agreement.
