- Certificate: shall mean :
I. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:9 - Director: shall mean the director of the division of motor vehicles of the department of safety. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:20
- Division: shall mean the division of motor vehicles in the department of safety. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:22
There is hereby established in the division a bureau of certificate of title which under the direction of the director shall carry out the work and purposes of the certificate of title and anti-theft provisions of this title.
