Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 260:31
- Motor fuel: shall mean all products used in an internal combustion engine for the generation of power to propel motor vehicles or mechanical contrivances on or over the ways of this state. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:58
- road: shall include all bridges thereon. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:26
The purpose of this subdivision is to secure the motor fuel road toll or any other special charges with respect to the sale or consumption of motor fuels, as specified in Part II, Article 6-a of the constitution of New Hampshire.
