Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 260:4
- Division: shall mean the division of motor vehicles in the department of safety. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:22
Those powers, duties, functions and personnel, relating to the registration of boats and motors, motor carriers of property and motor carriers of passengers, shall be within the division as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 106-A:12.
