Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 261-C:3
- Director: shall mean the director of the division of motor vehicles of the department of safety. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:20
- Division: shall mean the division of motor vehicles in the department of safety. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:22
Multi-use veterans decal plates shall be issued only to those veterans defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21:50, I(a). Additionally, an individual shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the director of the division of veterans services that he or she was a member of a specific branch of service or was awarded the medal represented on the requested decal.
