Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 261:137
- Department: shall mean the department of safety of the state of New Hampshire. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:19
- Repairer: shall mean any person who is principally engaged in the motor vehicle business, but who is not a dealer and who has an established place of business. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:87
The department shall furnish a repairer one set of number plates, and in its discretion may issue additional sets.
