In the case of a transfer of a motor vehicle under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 261:17 any lien on the motor vehicle shall be automatically continued. The fee for issuance of a certificate of title under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 261:17 shall be as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 261:20.
