Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 261:51
- Revocation: shall mean the termination by formal action of the department or of a court of competent jurisdiction of a person's driver's license or privilege to drive on the ways of this state, or of any other license, registration or permit issued by the department. The governor is hereby authorized to determine that the state of New Hampshire should withdraw, at any time, from the agreement provided for herein and he shall give notice as provided in Article VI of the agreement of such withdrawal or revocation.
