Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 261:74-j
- Dealer: shall mean a retail vehicle dealer or an auto wholesale dealer. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:18
No dealer shall be appointed as an agent unless the dealer principal or its staff meet the qualifications and successfully complete the training programs established under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 261:74-r. No dealer agent may perform the duties required under this subdivision unless the dealer principal or its staff continues to meet the reasonable qualification and training requirements.
