Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 28:27
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Such copies shall have the same force and effect as the originals, and copies made therefrom may be used in evidence the same as if made from the originals, without showing the loss of the latter; but the originals shall also be preserved.
